Welcome back to the Nads Report. I hope your all doin well, cause I have been a nervous reck latley, like XFS Cady when he hasn't smoked his pot in the last 3 minutes. Friend of the show.
But what really caught my eye today was this.
Manhunt 2 banned in UK.
Now I really don't like horror games, or frankly ones that suck. But take alook on this story XFS Phaseshift posted.
The reasoning behind the decision is that, according to BBFC director David Cooke, "Manhunt 2 is distinguishable from recent high-end video games by its unremitting bleakness and callousness of tone in an overall game context which constantly encourages visceral killing with exceptionally little alleviation or distancing. There is sustained and cumulative casual sadism in the way in which these killings are committed, and encouraged, in the game."
Really British. Since when did you guys start careing what your kids play or watch. I mean every one on your T.V screen is practically naked. So why now UK. If America all half to endure this gory crap then so do you.
But if you feel that strongly about it. I have a solution. Remake the game just for the UK. Take out all the blood and put a cute puppy doing cute things instead of killing.
Or if you want to make it more cooler. Put Master Chief in there and have him punish all the bad guys and bring them to justice.
