So I was right. It does take place during Halo 2.

I never would of found Regrets Ship though. Damn I guess I got to be more picky when watching trailers.

It seems people like to hide things in trailers these days.

Its called teaser trailer for a reason

They throw in as many hidden tricks and info as possible to keep you interested.

That isnt necessarily true, Viz. It looks like it does, and probably does, but it doesnt mean it will. None of us can know for sure till they release more info, hopefully at TGS this week is it??I think so.

Nope. How do you know it will be a preguel??Give me written proof my Bungie themselves stating it will take place BEFORE Halo 3s Master Cheif storyline. It is part of Halo 3 so how we know that it isnt taking place at the same time as Halo 3??We just dont. Yes, it does have a date in the video, but that doesnt mean thats what WE'RE playing. It means thats when the video was taken at.

But seriouslly, what i was basically saying is that i want you to show me some article where a BUNGIE EMPLOYEE(a real one, not major nelson ect..) has stated that this new Halo game will take place when you say it will.

And you haven;t owned me at all here, your just stating what you think then when i tell you thats an opinion, you change it to something else which is also an opinion.

The only fact we know about this is that Bungie is making a new Halo game that has to do something with Halo 3. We dont know if it ties into Halo 3s storyline or if its an expansion to it that takes place before, during, or after Halo 3s MC story. So basically everything you say, exluding those 2 things, is opinion based and holds NO fact to it, and until you give me proof from Bungie themselves that it is what you think it is, it will be opinion based and your only pwning yourself here.

sling, Bungie employees will rarely confirm anything after the announcement of a teaser. Its up to the fans to figure out what they are doing based upon the information that they release. And the teaser is set during Halo 2 so there is a good chance that the expansion may go back and tell that story when Master Chief was at delta halo.
