Tentative Timetable

• Configure vBulletin settings completely for the entire forum
• Polish forum structure/layout
• Add race-specific usergroups
• Add ranks for each usergroup
• Setup permissions for each usergroup
• Upload gallery avatars
• Upload additional smilies for forum use
• Update the style to one previously chosen
• Complete a banner for the forum
• Update the index.html with link to forum index

You know, I don't think it'll be done quite so quickly, but I'll try to get it done when I can

I know no one else besides myself is actually active at the moment. But, at least it feels like I've gotten some progress made on the site today. I think we are very very close to launch, that is making the site publicly available and attempting to promote it. Here's what I've been able to add:

• Arcade - All the games are in flash, all the games have the ability to submit your score once you finish. The scores are tracked through the forums and you can attain the high score & be the game champion. They are addicting though.
• Xbox Live - If you filled out the Xbox Live Gamertag field, your account will be tracked by our Live leaderboard page. You can view all the forum's users and their gamescore. You can also send messages to them & send friend requests all from right here on the forum.
• Smilies - Every forum needs smilies. I've improved ours by adding many many more. Please do not use the Staff Only smilies. They've been put there to make it much easier to post the image and not remember the URL.
• About Today - Automatic RSS feed poster. Automatically posts from Bungie, Gamespot, & IGN on a variety of topics. For the most part, they'll stick to gaming. Bungie news will only be posted to the Halo 3 news forum. Guilty Sparks is not a real user, he merely greets & auto-posts.
• Ranks are finally online. You can select your rank by choosing your usergroup allegiance. Visit your UserCP for more details. This was a pain, so I hope they work out. Images for all the ranks are still pending but hopefully will be up soon enough.
