Navigation Bar Update

The navigation bar was becoming a little crowded considering several things were added including the arcade & photo gallery. I even had to remove the FAQ to make sure things all fit. Upon GoCrazy's suggestion, I've consolidated the extras into a single drop down navbar menu that contains the site features. Arcade, Live, Forums Rules, all that stuff is now accessible through this single menu. If you're wondering where something went, there it is.

It looked too big, so I had to kill it. I might have to re-insert it if people can't find their arcade...
