| Re: Web Development Thread I took a class that taught me about dreamweaver and Flash last year and we were supposed to make anmiations with flash, like whats supposed to be done, but instead we made websites. We made like 1 simple animation that didnt even have anything big, the easiest thing you can make, everything else was websites. It was the worst class ever.

| Re: Web Development Thread Actually, it is designed for websites and website animation. People use it for regular animation anyway though since it works pretty well for it. |

| Re: Web Development Thread Really??It seems like its set up for animation. It sucks with sites though. Wicked hard. Dreamweaver has a lot set up for you though and you dont need to do code.

| Re: Web Development Thread Dreamweaver is much easier if you understand a basic level of HTML though. As for flash, the Actionscript is extremely confusing, but Flash websites are awesome. |

| Re: Web Development Thread Yah, but they take a lot more time to work coz you gotta get the frames working properly, make the loading page(if you wanna make it cool) and get all the sounds in and its very confusing. The Actioncript is a pain in the ass, i think, real hard to figure out. And yah, dreamweaver takes a lot less skill, lets just say that.

| Re: Web Development Thread I don't have specialized training, but if I spent the time on it I could make a good quality Animation (not a website). I am too lazy though, but I want to try sometime, maybe I could make it a Winter Break Project or something...
But as far as Web Development, I am currently designing/developing a website called Secret Kindness. This is my first 'professional' job, so I will post the link to the finished site here in hope for some critiquing. |
