Bungie Employee

I just played a game with one 'Evil Otto' he's a Bungie Employee and a good Halo 3 player I beat him by just one point
Anyway does anyone know what he does over at Bungie? Just Curious.

Looks like he's a veteran Bungie employee. His user ID on Bnet is 3 if that gives you any idea of how long he has actually been there, since the launch of the Bnet user system. According to the wiki, he's the lead User Interface designer. David Candland (Evil Otto) - Bungiepedia
