How do you get the Paramour achievement?

What is the final thing you have to do to get this achievement?

Does it go as far as what I think it does

Yeah, there is. Same animation basically.

Can complete this achievement with Ashley, Liara, or Kaiden depending on gender. You need to speak with one of the above after every major mission and choose the romance-like responses. You gain the achievement and watch the sex scene just before you reach Ilios, the final mission. Happy hunting.
