I love the site, but I think it really needs a homepage. Like an rss page for updates on the site, and then you can click a link to come to the forums.
The splash page (Halo Nation | HaloNation.net) was something temporary, just as a greetings to the website. I'm thinking about the addition of a Portal system which would facilitate a homepage basically. But we'll see. It was something I was looking into adding, but just not quite sure whether or not it was something that I wanted to go ahead with. We'll see though.
